About Freestyle Karate Kai

Freestyle Karate Kai is martial arts school based in Garden City, Deeside, Wales. We have many years of knowledge and experience from around the world, which we offer to all of our students right here in Wales. Freestyle Karate Kai has Karate classes and Kickboxing classes running throughout the week, with a mixture of ages and skillsets all welcome to join in at any time.

Our students are welcomed to our family environment and pushed to their physical and mental limitations, to help them become the best versions of themselves. It can be tough, testing and yet so rewarding, that’s why when our students are graded we know they really earned every minute of there new grade.

Freestyle Karate Kai is far more then Karate Dojo, it’s about honour, respect, becoming your best and finding out who you are through rigours training. Wether you want to compete in competitions, level up with your grading, become a black belt, or just make positive changes in your life.
